6 Ups And 5 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (July 10)

2. Hardys Breaking

Obsolete. Broken. Matt and Jeff Hardy certainly loved dropping some overt hints Monday night.

The brothers delivered a promo in which they acknowledged that other tag teams would be eyeing them as a nostalgia act that had run its course, but they vowed that they were anything but “obsolete,” even if they were banged up and “a little broken.”

Having Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson beat the wounded Hardys decisively and then having the returning Revival pick the bones sent a message and certainly seemed to push the brothers closer to the Broken Hardys gimmick that fans have been clamoring for.

It might not happen just yet, but after that promo and the double beating a day after losing the iron man tag match, this has to add up, right? Or is WWE playing us again?
