6 Ups And 5 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (June 19)

4. Wyatt, Rollins Underwhelming

For right now, we’re going to peg the burgeoning feud between Seth Rollins and Bray Wyatt as an underwhelming one.

Rollins came out to talk about being on the cover of the latest video game, comparing it to Michael Jordan or Peyton Manning being on the cover of basketball and football video games. While it felt like an honest, heartfelt moment, it then segued into Rollins once again tracing his journey from Authority soldier to rebel. It was the latest attempt to turn up the volume on the cheers the Architect receives.

Enter Wyatt, who went through his usual promo (which is neither a good nor bad thing), then came down to ringside to confront Rollins, who got the jump on him and hit a dive to the floor. And that was it.

Not everything can be a white-hot feud from the get-go, but this really is starting to feel like a shoehorned rivalry to fill time. And that’s never a good thing. Sure, the match will be good, and the feud could ramp up quite a bit before the next PPV, but for now, it’s a bit disappointing.
