6 Ups And 5 Downs From WWE Raw (March 6)
UPS…
6. Something For Chelsea
It might not be gold, but WWE found something better for Chelsea Green on Raw Monday night: a partner-in-crime.
Since returning, Green has been a thorn in Adam Pearce’s side, acting as a “Karen” a full three years after the meme peaked. It might have clicked for some, but it didn’t have legs.
Enter Carmella.
By pairing the two together, each now has someone to play off and a fellow “mean girl” to help them in their matches and to gang up on opponents. Will they be a huge act that will take over Raw like LayCool did on SmackDown years ago? Probably not. But this is definitely an improvement for both women and hopefully will give Chelsea something to play off.
We’ll give this passing marks even if it means we’re getting the aforementioned “WrestleMania opponents try to co-exist as a team” with Asuka and Bianca Belair potentially teaming up to deal with Mella and Green.
