6 Ups And 6 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (May 22)

4. Mickie As Cannon Fodder

It’s a little tough to describe Mickie James as someone who is a jobber for more established stars, but that really seems to be her role these days.

James hasn’t won too many of her matches since returning to WWE, losing several times to Alexa Bliss, including Monday night. However, her losses have hopefully served as leaning occasions for wrestlers. Mickie is a veteran presence in the locker room, and she has increased the competence of the division.

And while all of that is important, watching James get beaten down in favor of others with 1/10 of her experience still feels odd. She still has plenty left in the gas tank.
