6 Ups And 6 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (October 15)

5. Not The Poor Conquistador!

There’s a line of thought to call Kurt Angle clever for ducking his handicapped match against AOP and putting one over on acting GM Baron Corbin.

But will anyone think of the poor schlub Angle put up to donning the Conquistador costume and wrestling Akam and Rezar? What kind of man would put a jobber up to that kind of punishment? (And what kind of idiot would willingly go for it?) Angle also backed out of a match he was assigned. How would he have reacted as GM if someone subverted his authority like that?

At least the Conquistador wasn’t Heath Slater.

And yes, part of this is tongue-in-cheek. But it still was so bad that Corey Graves was admitting during the match that it wasn’t Angle.
