For the longest time, we’ve been waiting for Sasha Banks to finally show her true colors and turn on her friend Bayley over the SmackDown Women’s Championship. Sunday provided the perfect opportunity, as they were part of a five-woman elimination match for the title.

The two worked together initially to eliminate Tamina and Naomi, but things then fell apart, and heel miscommunication led to Banks getting eliminated.

Um, what?

Then, Sasha came back to bail out Bayley and helped her beat Lacey Evans to retain her title.

Um, what?

So we sat through a 20-minute match that literally left us where we started with no advancement at the biggest show of the year. If ever there was a time for Sasha to turn on Bayley, this was it. Instead, we got a mediocre time-filler of a match.
