2. Mystery Partner Backfires

So the Miz was forced to find a tag team partner in his match against Dean Ambrose and Chris Jericho, and he allegedly found (or was found by) someone… only for that person to not turn up until the match was nearly over and Miz was all but beaten.

And so, we got Bray Wyatt turning up to “save” the day, laying out Ambrose and Jericho… and then putting Miz down as well for his troubles. If you’re Miz, why would you trust someone you have no relationship with, who basically hung you out to dry?

Moreover, it’s strange that Wyatt, who has been singularly consumed with his upcoming House of Horrors match against Randy Orton, would suddenly divert away to involve himself in a tag match like this. It just doesn’t make any sense. It’s almost as if the writers decided on a “mystery partner” angle and then wandered around backstage looking for someone who fit the bill and stumbled upon Wyatt.
