If you’re looking for a reason why Becky Lynch connects so well with fans, look no further than her promo Monday night.

Lynch nailed exactly why she is the way she is, as she dismissed questions about being impulsive or how the odds were stacked against her. Becky noted that she could protect what she has or fight everyone, which is how she got where she is today. She couldn’t care less about the odds because the odds said she’s never main-event WrestleMania and win both titles.

Becky also noted that she didn’t make history earlier this month by dodging anybody – she made history by fighting everybody.

That brief promo told you exactly what you needed to know about Lynch, without delving into the usual WWE promo tropes. That’s why Lynch still commands a fair amount of attention on the mic.
