6 Ups And 7 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (April 29)

3. Fun House An Interesting Adventure

Part Mr. Rogers, part Pee Wee’s Playhouse, part psychopathic thriller, the Firefly Fun House is a really twisted segment.

Bray Wyatt deserves a merit badge for throwing himself into whatever role WWE tosses at him, but this one is actually intriguing, as Wyatt appears to be “rehabilitated” from his previous ways and is trying to show he’s a changed man.

But we saw a very clear sign of the old persona cracking through Monday night, as he was painting – a way “for one to express suppressed feelings” – and then revealed a portrait of the Wyatt house (or compound) ablaze. Then Abby the Witch told him to stop fooling around with the fun house and noted that he didn’t learn his lesson from “the last time.”

It was all a very strange, saccharinely sweet and creepy segment, which is probably exactly what they were going for here.

But if this all leads to Bray reverting back to his old personal full-time (or even just lapsing into it half the time), this is gonna fizzle fast.
