6 Ups And 7 Downs For WWE Fastlane

1. Dead Ringer

Fans didn€™t have to wait until Raw to see and hear the familiar entrance that signals that it is officially WrestleMania season. The Undertaker€™s full entrance €“ complete with torch-bearing druids €“ was on display at Fastlane, as a casket was wheeled down to the ring, revealing€ Bray Wyatt. For weeks, Wyatt has given cryptic promos about no long fearing death and begging some unknown person to find him. Sunday, he ended the speculation by popping up out of the casket in an awesome moment and directly calling out the Undertaker, saying that he doesn€™t fear him anymore. Bray called himself €œthe new face of fear€ and played off Taker€™s loss to Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania XXX last year. This has the potential to be a fantastic reinvention of Bray Wyatt, from an upper-midcarder who lost decisively to John Cena last year to a man hellbent on defeating the Undertaker. Wyatt is wisely using Taker€™s loss as evidence that he€™s human and can be beaten. The Deadman hasn€™t been seen since then, so this suddenly becomes a major match, even though there is no history between them. Wyatt is looking to stake his claim in WWE as a serious force, while Taker will have something to prove as he tries to rebound from his first WrestleMania loss. All of this adds layers of intrigue to a match that could be a sleeper on the Mania card. One thing is for sure: Undertaker€™s return on Raw will be a can€™t-miss moment, as it will be his first appearance since WrestleMania XXX.
