6 Ups And 8 Downs From WWE Elimination Chamber 2015

5. He€™ll Be Back

Before the abomination of the €œMega Powers€ descended on Miz TV, fans got a pretty entertaining segment between former mentor and protégé (at least in the old NXT sense), Miz and Daniel Bryan. The biggest news by far to come of this was that Bryan announced he would return. Now, whether that means in the ring or just on TV remains to be seen, but it€™s always heartening to hear a wrestler tell fans he intends to make a comeback. The segment itself between Miz and Bryan hit the right notes, as Miz continues to play a Hollywood elitist so well, interrupting Bryan and berating him about his wardrobe, lack of makeup and a tan and offering his services to improve Bryan€™s look. Miz is just snobbish enough to make this character work, especially as he took credit for Bryan€™s success because of NXT. If Miz wasn€™t considered a joke in the ring, he could be a pretty decent midcard heel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ez23SLw5-Ow Bryan played off of Miz well and got across the main point emphatically, that his career isn€™t over yet. Sure, he had to then serve up the €œMega Powers€ to close out the segment, but let€™s not quibble too much.
