6 Ups And 9 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Feb 18)

4. Should Have Happened Last Night

Monday night, Braun Strowman put Baron Corbin through a table and won their match.

Sunday night, Braun put Baron through a table and lost after Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre interfered in their no-DQ match and put Strowman through a double stack of tables. Why did we have to sit through that on PPV so we could see this repeat itself with a different outcome the following night?

Monday’s match was yet another dull bout involving Corbin’s offensive stylings, as he punched at Strowman’s injured ribs, only to fall victim to some steel steps and a quick powerslam through a table. If anything, that should have been last night’s finish, with McIntyre and Lashley attacking afterward if it was so important to establish the trio.

But, as an aside, if they established the trio on Sunday, where was Baron’s backup on Monday? Shouldn’t they have been around to help their compatriot? Or is that over already?
