6 Ups And 9 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Oct 5th)

2. What Really Has Changed?

WWE can hashtag the Divas Revolution every day six ways to Sunday, but as long as the women are still cutting catty promos like Team Bella and Team BAD did on Raw, then the revolution really is just lip service. Naomi jumped on Nikki, alleging her sexual promiscuity, while the Bellas tried to instill petty jealousy between Naomi and Sasha Banks. The women traded barbs until the match started€ and that didn€™t really improve things much. It was yet another six-woman match with no real stakes and the usual subpar performance from the Bellas €“ watching them stumble through basic moves to cut the ring in half was painful. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rXnMdEphD9U Women€™s wrestling took off in NXT because the women wanted to be the best, and that meant beating other women and winning the championship. In WWE, it€™s who can insult who and who can take credit for starting the Divas Revolution. They could have accomplished the same goal Monday by having Team BAD come out and challenge any member of Team Bella since it€™s Sasha€™s hometown and then have her beat Alicia Fox. It€™s just a mess right now, and longer matches do not necessarily equal better results.
