6 Ups And Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Jan 12th)

3. Rollins Grows A Spine

If Seth Rollins hadn€™t needed a dozen men to defeat John Cena three hours earlier, this would have been even more impressive, but it still was a pretty solid ending to Raw. In curb-stomping both John Cena and Brock Lesnar, Rollins shed the sniveling, cowardly heel persona €“ even if only for a moment. The problem is that Rollins almost lost to Cena earlier in the show and is constantly flanked by his own security force. But Rollins stood tall at the end of Raw and even stood up to Lesnar, which was a little surprising given how he had acted up to that point. If this is a turning point for Seth €“ if he is growing in confidence and is willing to stand up more €“ then he could be a force at the top of the roster. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vtHrbcNCQKs But if this is a one-shot deal and he€™s back to hiding behind Noble & Mercury and Big Show next week, then it€™s just a shame.
