6 WWE Superstars Samoa Joe Has Already Wrestled

5. Sting

Joe and Sting have seen their paths cross many times over the course of TNA history, acting as both allies and foes to one another. Both have turned on the other, or screwed each other out of victories via nefarious means. Certainly not the cleanest or simplest of feuds, their rivalry is a good example of the promotion's convoluted long-term storytelling - although it is by no means the worst crime in this regard. Their most famous match perhaps came at Victory Road 2009, in which Joe was portraying his savage 'Nation of Violence' gimmick, a character often criticised for its stereotypical portrayal of Samoan islanders. He defeated Sting, then a member of the Main Event Mafia heel stable, via help from a debuting Taz. During the pair's last few years with TNA, they mostly saw eye-to-eye when facing a common foe - the notorious Aces and Eights mega stable. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K0EAraDFHks
