No, that isn't Ember Moon in WWE gear meeting a fan at some meet n' greet event. It is in fact Moon exchanging vows with her new hubby Matthew Palmer in October 2018, and it's a sign of Ember's quirky personality that she chose to dress alternatively for the wedding.

The couple decided to add a Game Of Thrones cosplay element to their ceremony, and it looked like a ton of fun. They had a lot of time to prepare things too, because Palmer (who is also a wrestler on the indy circuit) proposed to Moon way back in 2015. That's three solid years of ensuring their wedding smashed the one acted by Joffrey Baratheon and Lady Margaery Tyrell on the show itself.
