7 Big Questions About Impact Becoming GFW

1. Will Jeff Jarrett Return To The Ring?

Ah yes, Double J. Planet Jarrett. Mr. Slap Nuts himself.

Jeff Jarrett built a pretty ugly reputation for booking himself into world championship matches on a regular basis during the NWA: TNA days, and that stigma still follows him around to this day.

In fact, the 2015 GFW invasion started with him competing for the new King of the Mountain Championship (which they made up to justify bringing Jarrett in to pop a buyrate for Slammiversary). He won, of course, and took it back to GFW with him. Eric Young then showed up at a poorly attended GFW event, stole the belt, and went back to TNA with it. Jarrett and some of the GFW crew soon showed up on Impact, and boom, we had ourselves an invasion.

Will Jeff play an on-camera role at some point? Will he try to pop a rating by returning to the ring? Will he get the itch for gold again? Or, as he seemed to do with GFW's original incarnation, will he put the product first and let newer talents step up and reach for the fabled brass ring?
