3. Renee Young - Sportscaster/TV Entertainment Host
Renee Young is a breath of fresh air for WWE announcing. They have tried to find really talented female broadcasters for a long time, yet were never able to find somebody that could one day take a seat at the Raw or Smackdown commentary table. Renee might be that person. She has exactly the right kind of background that's needed to be successful in wrestling because she's worked as a sportscaster in Canada (that's how WWE noticed her) and also done some improve comedy in her career. Since there's a lot of comedy in wrestling, plus the ability to think on the spot, she's got the skill-set to succeed in WWE. What may happen, though, is she gets lured away by major American broadcaster ESPN. There have already been reports that maybe ESPN is interested in her although she hasn't said anything about it. Coachman and Grisham were mentioned earlier. Young is a perfect fit too. They have mostly male broadcasters, but they are always going to want smart females that know their sports. It also wouldn't be a shock if some entertainment show whether it's Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood, one of the many shows on E or something else along those lines tried to recruit her. She's a natural at interacting with people, so it wouldn't be a surprise to see her talking to the stars of Hollywood one day. As much as people love wrestling, they don't love the travel every single week and she's in a role now where she's barely on the broadcast anyway. A job somewhere else may sound tempting.
