During TNA’s peak popularity in the UK, it enjoyed great live support and drew in thousands of viewers every week, despite the fact it was aired on quite a minor TV channel, Challenge. This popularity led to the formation of reality TV show, British Boot Camp. Season 1 included just four wrestlers in Rockstar Spud (Drake Maverick), Marty Scurll (remember him for later) and the Blossom Twins.

Season 2, however, was far more extensive and included dozens of wrestler tryouts. The eventual winner of British Boot Camp Season 2 was Mark Andrews, who earned the victory at the expense of fellow finalists, Rampage Brown and Kay Lee Ray (remember her for later too). ‘Mandrews’ officially signed with Impact Wrestling in 2014 and spent three years with the company.

However, this run led to no title reigns and he departed the company after his contract expired in December 2016. Now, Mark Andrews is a member of the NXT UK brand and a former NXT UK Tag Team Champion alongside partner, Flash Morgan Webster.
