Ivelisse may have had to wait a long time before she outshined her Impact Wrestling past, but she is now without question a serious missed TNA trick. Originally appearing as a competitor on TNA Gut Check in 2012, Ivelisse Velez defeated Lei’D Tapa but was rejected for signing by TNA regardless.

Ivelisse made one final TNA appearance at One Night Only: Knockouts Knockdown, where she was defeated by Lei’D Tapa. Ivelisse went on to enjoy a lengthy spell with Lucha Underground, before signing with AEW in 2019.

Since joining AEW, Ivelisse has competed for the AEW’s Women’s Championship and won the inaugural AEW Women’s Tag Team Cup Tournament alongside Diamante. In recent episodes of AEW, Ivelisse and Diamante have been feuding with AEW Women’s Champion, Hikaru Shida, and the NWA Women’s Champion, Thunder Rosa.
