3. The Great Khali - Saturday Night's Main Event 2007

Attributing such accolades to Khali still doesnt seem right, but the fact of the matter remains that during his early days with the WWE he was pushed as a major force. And part of that push saw him defeat John Cena himself on an episode of Saturday Nights Main Event in 2007. Many may deem the fact that Khali was so highly-regarded as the most unbelievable element of this story, but somehow it isnt. Even more shocking than the concept of someone so under-qualified in the ring being in the main event scene is the fact that Khalis win over Cena couldnt have been cleaner. The big Indian hit his trademark chop, followed shortly by the Punjabi Plunge, and then had the gall to cover Cena with no more than his right boot, picking up the decisive 1-2-3. When you consider that John Cena was the WWE Champion at the time, along with Khalis complete lack of pro wrestling proficiency, this one has to rank as one of the most surprising and embarrassing defeats that Cena has ever sustained. It was the kind of unanimous result that somehow places Khali alongside the likes of Lesnar as one of the few men to pin Cena clean.
