6. WWE Is Putting Enzo Amore In Close Proximity To A Ladder

Triple H WrestleMania 32

Bless his heart, but Enzo Amore isn't going to win the Wrestling Observer's Bryan Danielson Award For Best Technical Wrestler anytime soon.

He just isn't very good between the ropes - likely because he doesn't have much of an idea where those ropes are. On an episode of SmackDown last year, he almost did himself serious harm by totally botching his trajectory on a dive. He was meant to vault to the outside, crashing onto all three members of The Club, but he missed the mark by a good foot and landed in an ugly heap. On a more recent episode of RAW, Cesaro attempted to throw him to the outside, but Enzo missed his cue. He didn't know how to rescue the situation. As an in-house developmental prospect, he learned via strict routine of practise, practise, practise. So, he simply followed the script, and flipped himself over the ropes under no duress whatsoever.

That's not a slight on the man. He doesn't have to be a whizz; he's an effortlessly charismatic talker with genuinely unique and comedic delivery. But it's no exaggeration to state that he really shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a ladder - and he is being entrusted with one (nay, several) at WrestleMania 33.

The prospect is really quite dangerous. The introduction of the stipulation appears to be a last minute way of adding intrigue to an overplayed dynamic. Here's hoping the lack of preparation and foresight does not put him in harm's way.
