7. Bad News Barrett

It's time for Bad News Barrett to move up a level. It seems like he's been hovering around that IC Title level for the past four years or so with no end in sight. In order for fans to perceive him as a top guy he has to start working with the bigger names. When he got that initial main event push he was against the likes of Cena and Orton, but he never got back up there. Putting Barrett in a match with Bryan will make people take notice of Barrett. Anything that Bryan does right now is going to be golden in the eyes of the fans. Bryan will elevate his opponent if that person needs it. At this point in his career, it's fair to say that Barrett needs it. Is the match that likely at WrestleMania? No, but WWE should at least consider it. They could always do it later in the year when they realize they need more top heels and Barrett is somebody that could fit that role if he's given the opportunity to do so.
