7 Potential Storylines That Could Improve WWE
1. Roman Reigns Turns On Seth Rollins
WWE are unlikely to write a heel turn for Roman Reigns, but if booked accordingly it could make all the sense for his character.
The Big Dog is currently featured in a long-standing feud with Shane McMahon which hasn't proved particularly groundbreaking for many WWE fans. Superstars in the locker room are rumored to be frustrated with Shane O Mac's most recent push and it is easy to see why. At least this way the Reigns vs. McMahon feud would have meaning and signify a natural progression within the story. It would cross the line of kayfabe, but to incorporate this frustration into the story makes sense and Reigns turning on his former brother after realizing The Architect has become what he once fought against would make for fantastic story-telling and an outstanding caliber of matches.
This would again keep the lines between heel and babyface blurred. Reigns could highlight his past issues with the McMahons as motivation for turning on The Beastslayer and, in turn, WWE, whilst aligning himself with Heyman's stable. This would also continue the tradition of former Shield members betraying each other whilst still being a fresh, organically booked angle.
