You’ve booked an array of performers on your 14 shows thus far. Who are your regulars, for the benefit of those who are unfamiliar with your company?

“I don’t really have regulars. I have a lot of guys and women that I like to use. But once I’ve started using people, they’ve either gotten signed by WWE or NXT. Two talents just got signed with TNA.

“I have an agreement with The Young Bucks: any shows I run that they want to be on, they can just let me know. I have the same deal with Chris Hero: if he’s open and I have shows, he’s on them. I don’t use the same guys all the time, and I do use local talent. When I was up in the Toronto area, I used local talent because it saves me money on transportation.

“There are a lot of really good, talented men and women out there. Being a wrestler, I don’t [think] a wrestler should drive a million miles and lose money while going to work. If I had a bigger television platform, I get it: you would [drive a long distance] for the opportunity.

“For my upcoming show in Texas, there are people who are willing to drive to it from New York and Philadelphia. I was, like, ‘You’re going to lose money coming to work; I don’t want that.’ I’ve done it. I’ve driven a lot of miles and a lot of hours and lost money going for an opportunity. But I don’t want that [for House Of Hardcore]. I don’t want people to lose money. That’s why it’s called work. You should be paid for your craft.”
