7 Reasons Mickie James Deserves WWE Hall Of Fame Induction

6. She Had Enough Great Years To Warrant Consideration

What's interesting about Mickie's name being thrown out there is that at 34 years old she's still got a lot left. She has wrestled regularly since she was released from WWE four years ago. People that doubt if she's deserving may question if she put in enough years to get in the Hall Of Fame, but again there are no set rules for something like that. Mickie started wrestling in 1999 prior to her 20th birthday and she was first signed by WWE in 2003 to appear in Ohio Valley Wrestling. It wasn't easy for her to get in because she's smaller than most of the girls, but she did because of how talented she was. It took two years for her to make her debut in WWE. Once she became a regular on the roster she was one of the top divas for the nearly five years that she worked there. During her time in WWE she was durable, consistent and always performed at a high level no matter what she was doing. Look at Sunny as an example for the years argument. She was only in WWE for about three years before she was released and was never brought back. It€™s not like her runs in ECW and WCW were that great. Plus, she wasn't much of an in-ring performer. If she's deserving, which is certainly an arguable point, then somebody of Mickie's caliber clearly is. Even women like Stratus and Lita had about six years in WWE. It's rare for women to stay in WWE for ten years or more. Men do, but it's different for the girls.
