7 Reasons WWE Royal Rumble 2015 Will Bore You To Tears

6. The Dudley Boyz? Cool, But...

WWE appears to be ready to reach their hand into the "way back in 2002" machine again and pull out Bubba Ray and D-Von Dudley at the Royal Rumble. Yeah, seeing Heath Slater take a 3-D in the Rumble only to have like, Rusev savate kick D-Von over the top and Bubba Ray get dumped out by like, the Big Show feels like a waste. Of course, the Dudleys follow in a line that has included Brock Lesnar and Batista's returns over the past two years, returns that have netted a lower return on investment with each throwback walking through the curtain. Before you know it, Vince'll bring back Impact Wrestling champion Bobby Lashley, and make a call to CM...naaah, let's not get crazy here. But, yeah. After the initial excitement of a 3-D, what does that really leave us with. The New Age Outlaws put over the Usos. It looks like a slew of classic tag teams are already involved in putting over The Ascension. Unless The Masters of the Universe or Los Matadores are getting a shove up the card, do D-Von and Bubba Ray become NXT trainers? Maybe. I love the idea of watching Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady getting groomed by the 10-time tag team champions of the world.
