Speaking of Hell in a Cell, it's hardly a good stage for the feud to conclude at. On literally any other PPV, the stipulation would be a notable one, really selling to fans the level of hatred and rivalry between the two. Here it seems as though they're in the Cell "just because". If The Undertaker and Brock didn't work the show, another match would simply have been given the Cell gimmick. At the risk of turning this into a rant about the PPV as a whole, it really has diluted the previously awe-inspiring Hell in a Cell concept. In recent years, the Cell was a last resort - the ultimate stipulation for a big blow-off match. Now it's incidental. Taker and Lesnar may hate each other enough to settle things in such a punishing structure, but we'll never know, because the main event would have taken place inside it regardless of who was involved.
