If you watch NXT with any regularity then you know that WWE has stocked their developmental system with a lot of awesome talented women. That's why WWE would be just fine if AJ left because they have been building for the future. Charlotte, the daughter of Ric Flair, is the one that everybody points to as a natural star that WWE can build around for years to come. She's a natural athlete that has come a long way in two years. Within a year or two, she might be the top diva in all of WWE. Sasha Banks is facing Charlotte for the NXT Women's Title because she's another diva that has impressed. She's got the charisma, her promos are already really good and she continues to improve in the ring as well. Her persona as "The Boss" works really well too. Bayley is a natural babyface that the fans have grown to love in NXT. She can become a big star if WWE books her the right way. There are others as well like Alexa Bliss, Becky Lynch and Carmella that have potential. Bliss in particular is a standout star. Give WWE credit for building well for the future. They would be just fine if AJ left thanks to the divas of NXT.
