WWE has a tendency to introduce a whole host of fresh faces to the main roster in the weeks after WrestleMania, and the aftermath of WrestleMania 32 has been no different. The Vaudevillains, Enzo and Cass, Apollo Crews and Baron Corbin have all made their way up to RAW and SmackDown, and have all made an impact.

More so than in previous years, this (combined with injuries) gives the Payback card (and subsequent shows moving forward) a new feel, a fresher aura if you will. 2015 saw matches between Dolph Ziggler and Sheamus, John Cena and Rusev and a four way featuring the members of The Shield and Randy Orton, all matches that had been done frequently in the past.

In 2016 we have fresh bouts in the shape of the tag tournament finals, Roman Reigns vs. AJ Styles and a first PPV meeting between Jericho and Ambrose. Add to this possible additions to the card in the shape of Crews and Baron Corbin, and you have a new exciting roster ploughing ahead.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
