No, we point blank refuse to move away from this point until it happens. It upsets every WWE fan in Great Britain that the advent of the Network hasn't ushered in a full-blown pay-per-view on UK soil. Come on, Vince, you gave Japan a Network special. It's not fair.

Seriously though, even when one removes the Blighty-tinted specs for a moment, holding a major event in the United Kingdom still seems like a great idea. Audiences are raucous over here, and we've already been getting episodes of Raw and SmackDown (along with the usual house show tours) for years now. They're not enough. It's pay-per-view time, damn it.

SummerSlam would be the obvious choice due to misty-eyed glances towards 1992. Failing that, even something like Backlash, No Mercy or a themed event such as Money In The Bank or TLC would go down very well in England.
