Ignore the fact the character has gone from undead zombie and infernal overlord to rugged American biker and back again over the years, because the guy playing the Undertaker gimmick has always been highly protective of it. Those outside the wrestling bubble may see that as ridiculous, but they couldn't possibly understand the love fans have for 'Taker.

It'd be quite the shock then if he turned up at the 2018 WWE Hall Of Fame, walked out amidst smoke and moody lighting, performed his trademark pose and then sauntered back off into the darkness without saying a word. Really think about it for a moment: would you bet against this happening? It'd be unique, sure, but hardly out of character.

Mark Calaway, the man behind the legend, may decide he doesn't need to drone on for an hour plus about his career. That could be left to the person inducting him, someone like Vince McMahon or maybe even Kane. Meanwhile, our last visual of The Undertaker would end up being a silent one.
