7 Stars Who Became Too Big For WWE

5. Stacy Keibler

The leggy blonde was one of the most popular women in WWE from the time she showed up in the summer of 2001 after WWE bought WCW. Even though she was never that good in the ring, the fans liked her because she's a gorgeous woman that wasn't afraid to show some skin. Since she was one of the tallest divas, she used her legs and butt to gain the attention of male viewers as well as wrestlers. In the early part of 2006, Keibler asked WWE management if she could go on the hit ABC show Dancing With The Stars. Since WWE figured it would get them a lot of publicity, they let her do it and she finished third. What they didn't expect was that she wanted to quit wrestling to pursue an acting career. She ended up leaving WWE in 2006 at the young age of 27 with so much potential. Keibler's acting career didn't really lead to much although she was in some TV shows. It's just that none of them really lasted that long. Her biggest claim to fame was that she dated George Clooney from 2011 to 2013 before breaking up with him. Dating Clooney made her a star, which sounds weird, but that's how Hollywood is. There were reports that if people wanted to book her for signings her asking price went from about $5,000 to $25,000 all because of who she was dating. It's not like Keibler became a huge star after leaving WWE, but thanks to the notable relationship with Clooney and plenty of appearances in the gossip magazines she became a household name. She recently got married to Jared Pobre and the couple had a daughter this year as well.
