Remember that kid you knew who was always doing dangerous stuff like jumping off the roof or building a shoddy ramp to jump his bike off of? That's what Seth Rollins was probably like as a kid. This guy will do just about anything, from jumping off a balcony to flipping over the top rope several times in the course of a single match. His most recent jaw-dropping spot came when he dove off the top of the Payback set on to Evolution. Not only did he not have the benefit of landing in the ring where there is some give to soften the impact, but he was jumping off a much higher perch than the top turnbuckle. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SWLU0MWMR-w It's pretty shocking that WWE chose to turn him heel when he wrestles the most exciting style out of everyone on his team. His regular set of signature moves generate some of the biggest pops in any match The Shield is in. His willingness to put his body on the line is on par with Jeff Hardy, and it's hard to imagine the crowd booing him if he keeps up his insane style of wrestling. There is no denying that Seth Rollins has all the tools to make it to the top, but he may want to scale back on the risky spots if he wants to keep wrestling past his 40th birthday.
I have been a writer for Bleacher Report for several years, and am now happy to also be a writer at What Culture! I do my best to contribute anywhere I can in a positive way, and that includes in my writing. Some people call me The Doctor, but Chris is fine.
