7 Things That Must Happen At NXT TakeOver: Orlando

6. Tyler Bate Must Defend The UK Championship

Tyler Bate has defended the WWE United Kingdom Championship just once since winning it on January 15. What is WWE's plan with the belt? Whilst it was never expected to truly be a full-time thing, one title defence in two and a half months seems somewhat neglectful.

Bate will defend the title against Mark Andrews at PROGRESS Wrestling's show in Orlando on Friday night, and WWE should follow that match up with another championship bout at TakeOver. Bate is scheduled to wrestle at WrestleMania Axxess also, and a run of major title matches over the weekend would do wonders for the prestige and credibility of the belt.

WrestleMania weekend is shaping up to be an extremely busy one for young Tyler Bate. The responsibilities of carrying a WWE-sanctioned championship are huge, and this represents the first major test for the moustachioed chap from Dudley.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
