I would never have guessed it would go down like this, but the Dudley Boyz have been great fun since returning to WWE TV, and not just in nostalgia form. They look in better in-ring shape than towards the end of their last run, and their character work has been on point. I'm a big fan of the Dudleyz, and would usually be clamouring for the tag straps to be put on them, but...

...The New Day. When Kofi Kingston, Big E and Xavier Woods first joined forces as The New Day, the channel could not be changed quickly enough. They were overly positive babyfaces, and the whole thing stunk. They slowly turned heel however, and are now objectively the best part of WWE TV on a weekly basis.

Whether it is the renewed in-ring energy of Kofi and Big E, their celebrations or Xavier Woods' metamorphosis into the best Jimmy Hart (with added trombone), they are on fire. As such, it is utterly imperative that they hold onto the tag titles this Sunday. They are undeniably over, and this popularity can truly help to add fire to the other teams in the division. They are also approaching tweener status, meaning they can defend against heels or faces and not miss a beat.

I love the Dudleyz, but keeping the belts on New Day is the only decision here. This must happen.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
