Even wrestling rookies like Neil deGrasse and Chuck Nice know that pro wrestling takes a major toll on the human body. Men and women can't throw themselves around or take the hits they do without some bruising, broken bones or torn muscles. That's just a fact of life, one the scientist and comedian respectively are happy to admit.

During the interview, Neil was stunned by AJ's answer after asking how she managed the pain from bumps and scrapes on the road in WWE. To him, a few pain pills here or there would help mask the discomfort in between matches. Amazingly, Lee couldn't take painkillers because it'd interfere with her bi-polar medication.

There would've been complications if she had, and she didn't trust herself to self-medicate above and beyond what had already been prescribed. So, when everyone else was popping a few Tylenol or Advil to get over the night's work, she had to suffer and learn to power through the pain.

What a trooper.
