Ladies and gentlemen, meet AJ Lee's "treatment cocktail".

To her, there's more to treatment than medication or what chemicals one puts into their bodies. They're important, yes, but they shouldn't be the sole method. AJ believes "feeling capable" is one of the most powerful things a person can encounter. That overwhelming sense of personal achievement can take many forms.

For one person, it might be lifting that heavy weight. For another, smashing a different goal and feeling the flow of endorphins through achievement will help. deGrasse points out that the chemistry of ingesting medicine can be treatment in itself, but he agrees that there's more to a patient's therapy than taking prescribed drugs.

Medical help is just one of the ingredients in AJ's cocktail. The other (and the main part of it, according to her) is doing something that either mentally or physically pleases the mind and body. It's an interesting, positive thought that should empower people to help themselves "out of a funk".
