7 Things We Learned From Sheamus & Cesaro On Talk Is Jericho Podcast

5. Cesaro Made His Own Tearaway Suits At First

Ditching his towel and headphones look for something a little classier, Cesaro bounced back from injury onto WWE TV shortly after WrestleMania 32 and debuted his tearaway suit entrance. The look was inspired by the countless James Bond movies Cesaro had watched when convalescing, but Jericho pointed out Cesaro always dressed fancy on the road anyway.

It turns out that Cesaro actually made those first tearaway suits himself. He had experience of crafting his own ring gear earlier in his career, so the Swiss star thought he might as well make himself useful when injured and come up with something different. That's how the trademark suited and booted look came about; transforming from a dapper gent into a wrestling machine makes sense given his love of fashion away from the ring.

WWE eventually started making the suits for him and Sheamus now uses the same look, but it was all Cesaro's work to begin with. It just works for his character, stands out and has given his tag-team a unique entrance routine.
