For all the plaudits and positivity thrown on Breezango, The Usos retaining was undoubtedly the right call. The three-time tag champions are on a roll, and cutting the legs off their title run for the sake of a brief comedy run would have made little sense. Jimmy & Jey eventually weathered the Breezango storm, and remain champions.

It feels as though The Usos vs. The New Day is inevitable. Some might baulk at the idea of Kingston, Woods, and E. getting another lengthy tag team title reign, but don't count those chickens just yet - Jimmy & Jey may well get the better of the power of positivity just yet.

The brothers are a good example of wrestlers being elevated with titles in hand. Without championships, the brothers have a tendency to blend into the background. But when the gold (or in this case, silver) is around their waists, Jimmy & Jey up their game. The Usos are 100% the right team to carry SmackDown Live's tag division right now.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
