7 Things WWE Survivor Series 2017 Got Wrong

2. What Just (Didn't) Happen??

The closing moments of the Survivor Series saw Triple H break up an Ankle Lock on Shane McMahon to turn on team captain Kurt Angle with a Pedigree. After putting Shane on top of Kurt, Triple H pretended to align with his brother-in-law before turning on him too, winning the match for Team Raw. Then Triple H mistakenly assumed a friendship with Braun Strowman. Then Triple H took a kicking from the 'Monster Among Men' to close the show.

Earlier in the match, Triple H locked up with his younger doppelgänger Bobby Roode, and engaged in fisticuffs with Shinsuke Nakamura. Cast simultaneously as 'The Game' and the father of NXT in the same match, the 'King Of Kings' was wearing his two favourite hats outside of the natty leather Kangol number he sported a bit in the late-1990s.

He was the match, is the prevailing point. Though not dirtying his hands with the same t-shirt of his alleged colleagues, Hunter dominated proceedings in the show-closer, begging the question what would have been going on in the body of the battle if Jason Jordan had just kept his place all along? We'll never know, and that's...a bit sh*t actually.
