7 Things You Only Learn From Being Part Of WWE ThunderDome

1. NXT And 205 Live Recycle Old Footage

Pay attention to WWE's social media feeds and you'll regularly see them advertise ThunderDome vacancies for Raw, SmackDown and pay-per-view. Ever spotted a tweet for NXT or 205 Live? No? Well, that's because the company tends to recycle old footage for those shows most weeks.

Basically, the faces that appear on those LED screens for NXT and 205 have likely been seen before, and maybe even on other programs entirely. This makes total sense for a lesser, pre-taped product like the Cruiserweight show, but it's a bit more confusing for a product that airs on USA like NXT.

It rarely shows any fresh faces in the background.

WWE don't fill up NXT or 205 Live's 'Dome capacity on a show-by-show basis. They're happy to re-air pre-recorded footage of fans from prior broadcasts. That also means they're freely capturing some fans for later use. Yep, you literally are part of the product.
