If you'd prefer something more official, then this might suit.

Authors Dean Miller, Jake Black and Jonathan Hill have teamed up to explore, in-depth, the history of WWE's SmackDown brand. By the time the book lands on 2 May, it'll have been over 20 years since the show debuted on TV in 1999. That's a lot of history to cover in just 200 pages.

That relatively low page count is a selling point, funnily enough. The book's synopsis says it'll recant the brand's biggest matches, stars and moments with an emphasis on statistics and backstage information on each. In other words, they're writing the most exhaustive read on SmackDown yet.

Seeing the likes of AJ Styles, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair on the cover is promising too. Their presence, along with The Rock, Batista, The Undertaker, Eddie Guerrero and more, shows the writers have a solid grasp on the program's most vital names. This could be a sleeper hit, provided it doesn't devolve into the old WWE annual style of stats and little else.
