7 Ups & 2 Downs From Impact Wrestling Homecoming 2019

Killer Kross
Impact Wrestling

The story of Killer Kross in Impact thus far has been interesting to watch. He began as the mysterious attacker backstage to being the third man in the trio alongside Austin Aries and Moose to powerbombing Taya Valkyrie off the stage. What's not to love about it?

His angle with Johnny Impact as of late, where he was pleading to be the champ's bodyguard, was slightly odd, considering he and his two buddies in the aforementioned trio were making Impact's life a living hell in the build up towards Bound For Glory. Following the group breaking up, we've gotten to see what he's capable of by himself.

Since arriving in the middle of 2018, the only way has been up for Kross. Now that he's being booked in the World Championship scene by the looks of things, it just means more and more people will remember his name. He's been around long enough to be established with the loyal fanbase, so it's not as if it's some randomer being thrown in at the deep end with the biggest names on the roster.

We'll obviously have to wait and see what happens next, but if Impact keep having him doing stunts like this, there's no way he can flounder. It would be a mistake if that turns out to be the case.
