Nobody who bought Death Before Dishonor on pay-per-view went in thinking the '2 Out Of 3 Falls' match between FTR and The Briscoes would be anything other than special. The good news? It lived up to the hype, but only if you were willing to properly sit down, turn off your phone and invest.

Being fair, it took some attention span to stomach a 43-minute bout after such a lengthy card. Tag-team wrestling, when it's done the FTR way, is absolutely mesmerising though. Both sides started with a slower pace that gradually built towards a bump-filled crescendo of tables, blood and brawling.

Kudos to Ian Riccaboni and Caprice Coleman (who were superb all night) for putting over the importance of that first fall too. The fact it was The Briscoes who scored it gave the announcers cause to wonder aloud if Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood had met their match.

This was the right main event.
