7 Ups & 2 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Sept 4)

1. P*ssing About With MITB

At least, poor word play aside, Roman Reigns is a super-serious Universal Champion who stares down the hard cam like he's about to make it his bitch. Meanwhile, over in the contendership mix, Otis is using the Money In The Bank briefcase as his replacement lunchbox.

He keeps the MITB contract in his actual lunch container. Yeah.

This lame-assed comedy is doing nothing for anybody involved. John Morrison and The Miz try with it, but they can't make this kind of material work. It's almost impossible to take Otis seriously as a potential Universal Championship contender when he's goofing off like this on the weekly too.

Sure, he's a walking cartoon character - fair enough. However, does he honestly need to be doing this tripe at the same time Reigns is stomping around like Arnie in The Terminator? Money In The Bank has become a joke almost as unfunny as the scripts handed to Miz and JoMo.
