7 Ups & 3 Downs From AEW Dark (Jan 5)

3. Danny Limelight's First Win

It was hard not to feel good for Danny Limelight as he picked up his first official AEW victory last night, besting Fuego Del Soul in one of Dark's better matches.

Limelight's personality and skill have seen him stand out from the rank and file since arriving on the YouTube series. He's incredible at playing a d*ckhead who wills you into wanting to see him getting his *ss kicked, and recently spoke on his desire to sign with AEW, having spent considerable time as a free agent. This victory could be seen as a sign of a deal already struck behind closed doors.

Fuego, still looking for his own first win, fell via avalanche exploder suplex.
