7 Ups & 3 Downs From WWE Raw (17 June - Results & Review)
2. How Much Time? No Time!
The lack of identifiable personality could go double for Kayden Carter and Katana Chance. WWE's bid to present them as fun-loving clubbers fell flatter than this writer trying to hit the dance floor after a few too many cocktails. Since then, the babyface tag has had pretty much nothing to work with.
Chance and Carter vs. Dakota Kai and Kairi Sane was also over in the blink on an eye. Somehow, despite the short length, it still managed to be a clunky watch. That's quite impressive considering creative only handed the foursome around three minutes to work with before Lyra Valkyria poked her nose in.
You've gotta be worried about Damage CTRL. Sure, this match played a part in their super-obvious and rapidly-approaching split storyline, but the cast of characters involved is so paper-thin right now that it'll be a tough sell to drum up interest for IYO SKY striking out on her own.
Even WWE's lowest priority stories should be better than this.
