5. Reed’s Convincing Beatdown

If Bobby Lashley isn’t going to be in a title feud, battling with an up-and-coming big man in Bronson Reed will work just fine.

After the two fought to a double count-out last week, Reed continued the feud by attacking Lashley Monday night during his match with Austin Theory. Bronson hit the All Mighty with an impressive array of moves, including his Tsunami splash, to put the former world champion down.

It helped that we were treated to a simple video package earlier showing off what Reed can do, making him look more impressive. Simple steps this week, but it’s all building off previous weeks, and now Bronson is poised to gain in a rivalry with a fellow hard-hitter. If they plan it right, Reed could come out of this positioned to be taken seriously.

There’s a lot that still has to fall in place, but Reed has some upside here.
