7 Ups & 4 Downs From AEW Dark (Oct 6)

3. Eddie Kingston vs. M'Badu

M'Badu has stood out through a few explosive bursts in recent Dark tags, though he was soundly defeated by Eddie Kingston in this squash. 'The Mad King' chopped him up, gouged his eyes, and came back quickly from a Powerslam counter. A Kitchen Sink, spinning backfist, and Kimura put M'Badu away in remarkably quick fashion.

Like Swole vs. Moore, this was all it needed to be.

Kingston cut his second-best promo of the night after the bell, promising to lock Jon Moxley in the Kimura and make him scream "I quit" in front of his wife. Mox's crime was leaving everybody else behind when he departed for the promised land. Now, he has to pay for that, and their business is far from over despite recent losses.
